    This shrimp is so flavorful, perfectly cooked. The sauce was so delicious, we were all eating the shells. The best way to spend our last day on the island. We came right as it opened. It is in a food truck complex across from Costco. The staff recommended the Hawaiian scampi as the most popular.

    First stop as we landed and it didn't disappoint! Would love to try the other flavors as we got hot/spicy and lemon pepper! Lemon pepper was better in my opinion, what was lacking from hot/spicy was a little more kick overall delicious!

    The food truck is located in a lot with other food trucks, which has its own designated parking lot. The parking lot is gravel and rocks though. There is also 2 seating areas with a lot of tables, so finding an open table should not be too difficult. I would say the spicy pineapple is my favorite out of the 2 plates we ordered. It had more flavor and the fresh pineapple cuts the heaviness of the sauce. Super good! The crab mac salad was also very delicious and had the perfect ratio of mayo. The portions of rice, mac salad, and shrimp were a lot!
